College of the Sequoias / Nursing Program:College of the Sequoias Registered Nursing
Program is a two-year program leading to
an Associate in Science degree. This program
is accredited by the California Board of
Registered Nursing, and successful completion
of the nursing requirements qualifies the
graduate to apply to the National Licensure
Examination for Registered Nurses.
Collin County Community College / Nursing
Program (ADN):"Admission to the Associate Degree Nursing
Program is selective and considered annually
each spring for the Fall admission. Nursing
courses are offered only at the Central Park
Campus (CPC) in McKinney. Applications are
due by January 31 for consideration in the
Fall entry class or July 31 for Spring entry.
All applications received after January 31
or July 31 will be returned to the applicant.
Applicants will be notified by mail regarding
acceptance within 4 to 6 weeks after the
application deadline. The size of the class
will be limited to the available clinical
resources for learning and the availability
of qualified nursing faculty."
